End of Tenancy

On behalf of MAAC Residential Ltd we would like to thank you for being a great tenant. Now we have come to the end of your tenancy there are a few things we need to do. This check sheet is to help both you and MAAC Residential Ltd organise you leaving and your deposit being returned. It is very important that this check sheet is complete along with the associated tasks; failure to do so may result in monies being deducted from your deposit in accordance with your tenancy agreement.

Please note your room will be inspected within 48hr of you vacating the property. Deductions will be made from your deposit if the above points are not complete at a cost of £20 per hour.
